Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to learn about our services and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Every page’s text is in the page itself, not inside video or animation, so screen readers and search tools can read it without anything playing.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are switched off or replaced with still images.
- Background videos and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Links and controls show a visible outline when reached with the keyboard.
- Buttons and links in the mobile menu are sized for touch.
- Pages declare their language so assistive technology reads them correctly.
Known limitations
- Some animated sections on the homepage and service pages may be harder to follow with a screen magnifier. The same information is available as plain text on each page.
- The map on the contact page is visual only. The office address, phone number and email are also given as text on that page.
We have not yet had the site independently audited. We review accessibility when we change pages and fix problems as we find them.
